We want you to love your UIN travel shoes. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer flexible return and exchange options within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Quality Issue Returns (Free)
    • Valid for manufacturing defects (loose stitching, material flaws, etc.)
    • We cover all return shipping costs
    • Full refund or replacement upon verification
    • Photo/video evidence of defect required
    • Returns available one time only

  2. Standard Returns & Exchange
    • For non-quality issues (size, style preference)
    • Customer pays return shipping
    • Items must be unused with original packaging
    • No worn, damaged, washed or altered items accepted
    • Refund processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
    • Original shipping fee non-refundable

  3. Keep & Refund Option (Eco-Friendly)
    • Keep the shoes and receive full refund
    • Pay €20 (equivalent to return shipping)
    • No need to ship anything back
    • Environmentally friendly solution
    • Refund issued within 3-5 business days (credit cards may take up to 19 days)

  4. Easy Exchange Program
    • Exchange for different size/style
    • Pay 50% of new pair's price
    • Keep original shoes
    • New pair ships immediately (no return needed)
    • Subject to product availability

How To Return an Item:
• Contact Customer Service at info@uinfootwear.nl within 30 days of receipt
• Specify your reason and preferred option (1-4 above)
• For quality issues, include photos/video
• Wait for our instructions (response within 48 hours)
• For standard returns, ship items back with original packaging
• Upon completion of your refund or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email

Important Notice:
• 30-day return/exchange window from receipt date
• Do not send returns to address on package - contact us first
• No direct returns accepted without prior authorization
The original shipping fee and insurance costs non-refundable
• After refund approval, processed within 3-5 business days
